Upon confirmation of payment your item will be delivered outside Dhaka city within 5 business days. Inside Dhaka city within 2 days. (Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm).
- What are the Shipping Charges?
Delivery charge 50 taka for inside Dhaka city & 60 taka for outside Dhaka city.
- Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?
Our delivery person will contact you to confirm your exact location.
- Does Fingla deliver outside Dhaka?
Fingla delivers across Bangladesh.
- My order is delayed. What should I do?

- My payment was processed successfully but I didn't get any order confirmation. What should I do?

- How can I track my order?
We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under "my order" on your desired order. - Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address.
- Can I accept the package after checking the content inside it?
You cannot open the packages before taking the delivery. You will have to pay for the package and take the delivery. If there are any issues with the product, you will need to log in to your customer account and create the return by yourself or you can reach us on Live Chat during 9 am to 9:30 pm (except holidays).

- How do I cancel my order?
If your order is under Pre-shipped status and your order is eligible for cancellation, "Cancel Button" will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.
- Click on "My Account" and click on "My Orders" in the drop-down
- Once you see your order, click the "Cancel" Button
- Fill out the cancellation request form
- Choose the item(s) you need to cancel
- Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy
- Select your cancellation reason
- Click on "Submit".

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you may be able to return your product.
- I haven't received the invoice for my order.
